ZAHORANSKY has developed the patented "Abrasive Tool System" for the production of technical brushes tufted with abrasive filaments this year. This special tool is characterised by it's outstanding combination of durable and quickly exchangeable wear and tear parts manufactured with specially cut steel. Thanks to this system, almost all ZAHORANSKY brush machines can be converted to the production of brushes with abrasive filaments without the necessity of investing in a new machine. The conversion time from a standard filling tool to an abrasive filament tool is extremely short.
